“Transdermal Magnesium Therapy”, by Dr. Mark Sircus, Ac., O.M.D. (hon.)
“Magnesium is the single most important mineral for maintaining proper electrical balances and facilitating smooth metabolism in the cells.”*
Dr. Sircus continues, “Magnesium deficiency is one of the most common nutritional problems in the industrialized world today. This deficiency is the result of agricultural practices, food preparation techniques, and dietary trends.”*
It’s a Fact: Over 300 hundred enzymes need magnesium to do their job to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and amino acids. Magnesium is also needed to help build healthy cell membranes and for absorption of other minerals.**
Here’s a sampling of the chapters in “Transdermal Magnesium Therapy”

……and much more
This fact filled book contains information on just about every health related subject you can think of. While Sircus takes a few jabs at the medical establishment (and who hasn’t the past few years), he does give credit where due. Each easy to read chapter of this 369 page paperback is amply referenced with all the sources and studies that have been done on magnesium’s role with the health problems plaguing everyone, and not just Americans.
The documentation Sircus gives is testament to the very long (almost one hundred years) usage of magnesium – especially magnesium chloride in the transdermal form – right up to present time.
This book “Transdermal Magnesium Therapy” is a definite must have, not only for those wanting preventative information, but also for those who need documented treatment information.
